 | Okay, it's going to be a quick update this week as I'm getting ready to head out on a family vacation. It also means that next week's update will probably be rushed as we're returning. Sorry in advance for the "below my standards" level of the updates. For those who aren't familiar with my experiment, I'm DCAing into a mix of 16 alt-coins and using BTC, ETH and BUSD (with interest on BlockFi) as controls in a 1 year long project. I took feedback from the community to help set the roster of 16 coins, but also did a bit of my own research and picked projects which I believed in after doing some DD. I have posted at least a summary of my DD on each coin in previous posts and I will be donating some of the proceeds to a charity to be chosen by the person who suggested the best performing coin at the end of the experiment. The one thing I want to bitch about real quick before I get into the numbers is just how much of a pain in the ass properly doing your crypto taxes in the US is. I was trying to get everything done prior to leaving on vacation but today I threw my hands up and filed an extension. This is the one area where I see regulation would add a lot of value. At least the central exchanges I use would be forced to give me something I could easily use like my brokerage account does. Anyway, now that I've ranted, here are the current numbers: Really not a big change from last week overall. There were only 2 coins that moved by double digit percentages, XRP up and TRAC down. Other than those two there weren't really any big movers over the last week. Here's the graph showing the current trends.
