A lot of people are having a tough time figuring this out, so here's my strategy to tell if this is the bottom or not. (very simple)

Firstly, draw a straight line on a piece of A4 paper, separating two halves of it. On one half write "It's the bottom", and on the other half write "it's not the bottom".

Place this peace of paper on the wall, at about eye-level. Next step is to stand a few feet away. Perhaps 10 feet. Should be enough.

Put on blindfold. Or if you don't have one, just close your eyes. (No peeking) Throw a dart at the paper. There you go.

But in all seriousness, the only thing to do now is wait and see. Both outcomes are equally likely.
