A project that promises to create a viable economy for digital public goods

Building Web 4 is a relatively new project on Ethereum that wants to turn any digital content on the web into an asset whose value is based on its Credibility x Relative Importance. The idea is to create a viable economy for open-source projects, scientific research, journalism and so on. The project is still in it's early stages (in terms of coding) though they have a White Paper that clearly lays out the mechanisms, incentive structures, etc. You can check out their Discord here: Building Web 4 (they're looking for artists, creators and developers who can help build and popularize the project)
