A Question About Propy

I’m wondering if anyone here has thoughts on Propy. They’ve been around since the last bull run by the looks of it and have seen pretty substantial gains recently, perhaps spurred by the Coinbase Earn task they dropped a few weeks ago. That’s how they first got on my radar at least. Then there was that Coinbase Wallet quest where people could tokenize whatever property they wanted, or whatever it was, which probably created some price momentum for them.

Anyway, for all the price action recently, I can’t find a whole lot of discussion about Propy outside of their own subreddit, which seems mostly focused on the price of the token. I also know that they’ve only “tokenized” a small number of properties to date. For as long as they’ve been around, I might have expected more progress.

I can’t help but wonder whether Propy is a vaporware project that’s trying to align themselves with the current RWA hype to pump the price for exit liquidity?

Anyone have thoughts? Am I missing something?
