Account under verification but I didn't apply for any verification?

Good day! I recently created a Binance account and completed my basic and intermediate verification (an email was sent saying my basic and intermediate verification was 'successful'). However, an additional email was also sent saying "Advance Verification Confirmed" (not successful) but I did not apply for an Advance Verification. Now I cannot get started on buying crypto as my account is still under verification (which they said will end on Aug 6)

Is this normal? I did not apply nor submit any proof of address to confirm any advance verification so I am confused. The Advance Verification is also not showing anymore on my Verification tab.

Edit: Is this different from the assurance review?
