Acount Frozen due to terms of use violation

Hey guys sorry for the long post but yesterday I received a few emails (see below) after which I couldn't access my account, when attempting to login with email and password I get an error saying:- Acount disable Your acount is Disable when i reactivate it comes on Verify account But the account was already verified ۔ When I verify the account it comes up

We deeply apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please make the necessary changes and try again.
