Advices for a new and small portfolio trader

I started trading a few months ago. I can make small losses and small gains. I feel like a small fish in the ocean. Where should I start learning? How can I improve my technical analysis and similar skills? Are there any youtube channels that can help me learn and progress? How did you guys started to learn and improve? What should I pay attention to? And so on...

I really want to learn how to trade because I believe it will make me a more disciplined, patient and rule-oriented person. And i need the passive income ngl.
