All binance balance disappeared

I had an issue last week where my account got disabled because of a new log in from a new ip address. I think it was me, but on 4g. My account got disabled last week because of it. Today I've just managed to log in again after reactivating my account and my balance is almost 0 from around $600 worth of various coins. Shiba, Ada, vet and dodge. My euro balance was around 0.11 which is still the same but all my other balance has gone. I can't see any withdrawals etc it just seems to have gone. Anyone else has this problem? I'm speaking to a specialist team on the chat but the wait time is around 2 hours right now. They told me to check my p2p wallet but that is also nearly 0.

Any help/ advise would be so welcome ????
