All of my ethereum is gone from my account but only on pc?

So i had about 200$ worth of ethereum in my account that i wanted to cash out. I tried doing the id verification however it didnt work so i decided to postpone it until tomorrow, but now when i go to the binance website on my pc it shows i only have 1.2$ worth of ethereum now? I checked my transaction history and there are only 2 transactions there both of which are the ones through which i recieved the ethereum. Weird thing is if i go onto the mobile app and try to sell my ethereum it shows the full amount. Is this a bug or should i stop trying to cash out for now?
