Alright, more testing of the "Do the opposite of what this sub says" mentality, I bought ICP today. I'm gonna report back if this was a good decision or a bad one each month until I forget or it moons--whichever comes first. What are you buying?

Why Dfinity/Internet Computer? Because I did my research and although I don't think it's amazing, it does seem like it does what it says on the tin. People seem to like it, and it's fast (due to centralization and ridiculously specific requirements for validator computers) so it may end up one of the many centralized projects that big money will absolutely love in the coming run up to BTC/ETH ATH.

Do I think this is wise? Hell no.

Do I think it's fun? Yeah. The fun thing about finance is you make a prediction and then put your money where your opinion is. I think ICP might end up worth more than $22. That being said, it's purely a bet. And so it's a TINY bit of my portfolio. If I'm right, that tiny bit gets a bit bigger. If I'm wrong, well, it will be more fun than a scratch off.
