Am I the only one that thinks this is REALLY nice moment to accumulate?

After several weeks, price of BTC and ETH hasn't been moving much.

When writing this, we are talking 38K for BTH and 2.8K for ETH. That looks to me like a sale (sadly I just have the idea and intention but not the money, because Venezuela).

I have been here for several years and this remind me 2018 and we know what happened months later! I could have sold everything back then to purchase BTC at 4K!

Also, technical analysis helps this theory, The Puell Multiple is 0.9, the 2 years moving average is almost 35K and fear and greed index is at 20.
