With an average of 9K blobs per day during the previous week, the number of unique blobs is now almost equal to the blobs, indicating a normalization in blobscription activity from a few weeks ago. EIP-4844 has ushered in a new era with the introduction of a blob gas market, bringing along some interesting pricing dynamics. Here's how it works: If a block has more than 3 blobs (the current target), the blob base fee increases. Conversely, if a block has fewer blobs than the target, the blob base fee decreases. In the past week, we observed 26K blocks with more than 3 blobs and 37K blocks with less, showing a slight deviation from our current goal.
