Any reason not to trust Trezor (model T) to generate my seed phrase?

I'm trying to be very safe/thorough but not paranoid here, if possible :) I've been reading about dice rolls to generate a seed phrase. I did a bit of research on Coldcard and saw it allows you to mix in some dice rolls for more randomness.

But in the end, I wanted a more user-friendly wallet and think I'll go with Trezor Model T.

Does it do a good enough job in generating a truly random seed phrase? or would you go with the Coldcard?
