Any resources on ETH2.0 that's somewhere between the highlevel overview on ethereum.org and the specs?

I get the high level gist of the beacon chain, the merge, Proof of Stake vs Proof of Work, but I'd like to know a bit more on the technical side. The tech behind terms like epoch, proposal, voting, attestation, validation. I don't have enough eth to solo stake so that's not my goal I just want to learn.

I feel like Proof of Work is so easy to get the technical aspect and the incentives but I'd love to know more about Ethereum's design for PoS and the eth2 specs on github go way over my head. Is there a middle ground somewhere?
