Anybody know Cheaper pathways to send my bitcoin from the CB Exchange to the new hot wallet I just created?

It’s my first hot wallet and CB exchange just charged me 7.3% on my test of AUD$10 I sent sent across????????????

Should I be creating a CB wallet first before sending my larger amount of crypto off the exchange and send wallet to wallet? Would that be cheaper?

I know they take a fee to move my crypto from CB Exchange to CB Wallet, and then I guess they’re likely to take another fee when I send from wallet to new hot wallet…

I suppose it might all add up to the same (or more) exorbitant percentage. I don’t know.

But 7.3% is going to be a HUGE chunk out of my hard-saved BTC…
