Anyone else fairly new and feel intimidated posting or commenting in this sub?

First off I love this sub. Been in a few months and the amount of interesting stuff you read and learn from clued-up people and developers themselves is crazy. With a heavy dose of shilling and bullshit along the way of course.

It has been a really enjoyable new hobby (read: possible addiction) but I still feel worried about posting or commenting. Every time. Like I really stop and think first so I can possibly avoid ridicule from the community.

I'm a confident sociable person and don't have this issue in other subs, however with the sheer knowledge here it does seem you get knocked down far more than supported. This isn't just me either, I read dozens of other posts and watch people get the same treatment.

I get it to a point - there are a lot of clueless and eager people here. I like to think I'm past that initial newbie period now but will still group myself there for the purpose of this.

It just feels like their needs to be more help than hindering. People want the crypto market to build which needs growing public involvement and adoption. So why discourage people by making them feel this big for sounding too eager or maybe being a little misinformed?

I just don't think it should be this way. People should feel welcome and want to get involved without this fear of being outed for low knowledge or a view that doesn't necessarily match the trends. It may just be me but wanted to share to see if others felt the same or if I need to sack up a bit.
