I invested before and during the last big bull run, with a lot of distribution, and to this day I'm solidly in the green. The thing is, I honestly haven't had the bandwidth/energy for much of anything beyond just getting by day-to-day. I haven't sold or traded anything for a a little over a year, and haven't even opened up my various wallets more than once a month to check in on things. Is this okay?
Maybe I'm just second guessing myself as I used to be so involved in the community, supporting different projects, etc., and I'm not sure if just setting and forgetting for this long is not that great of an idea for some reason. If it matters to anyone- most of my funds are either collecting staking rewards, or in hard wallets. I guess I just have enough stress in my life, and since crypto can be a bit stressful I feel like if this is fine I'll just leave it be until I can find the headspace to dive in again. Any input / advice would be appreciated.
