Anyone else getting very strange emails that look to be scams? Trying to figure out if it's crypto-related

I've received 2 strange, kinda creepy, emails from a "James Carrol" and a "Gunilla Spurther." These emails have 8 others CC'd, showing all our emails to one another.

The subject of the email is:

"1c 4 folo 0 yomr 1 uz 5 oolt 5 gld 1 z"

The body is:

063 1572 y94 593 l5 221 m942 087 z 3 7 30 836 2 0 8 02 33 81 26 14680 0654403 620 76 a275 376 f 0 2 01 15 5237 7 0 6 34 648 6

And then attached is a PDF file titled "98 82. pdf"

I have no idea what any of these numbers/letters mean and definitely too afraid to open the PDF file. Has anyone else been receiving such emails? They've got me pretty worried and they seem creepy
