I've used CT for years with no issue but they recently changed how they do deposits so I used it for the first time yesterday using PayID. It said this could take 24hrs for first time PayID deposits so I waited, it's now been over 24hrs and nothing. Called my bank and they confirmed CT has the money, they just haven't debited it to my account. What's up with that? CT says it should be instant so if they've had my funds for over 24hrs now where is it?
I double checked the email and everything, it's all accurate. It's a high $ amount so I'm a bit stressed and I can't even contact CT until tomorrow to sort it out.
Anyone else had issues with this updated deposit situation?
