I just tried the Rabby wallet, both the browser extension and the mobile app.
I found that the browser extension allows you to create new seeds, but the mobile app can only import from other wallets or addresses.
I really like the Rabby wallet UI design, and the whitelist send and the scam transaction filter features. But it seems that the mobile app cannot really "sign" the transaction, it relies on the connected other wallet (e.g, MetaMask) to sign.
