Appalled by Binance Security Team's Handling of Provable Fraud

As you can see, they were given the actual phishing website URL, and could see for themselves that the provided ETH and BTC addresses were those used on the scam site. Am I being unreasonable in my expectations that Binance should protect their entire user base from interacting with addresses clearly being used to defraud people?

Seems to me like the cryptoverse really needs to have an organized, not-for-profit, "quick-reactionary force" crypto organization that has white hat hackers and people with skills in digital and crypto forensics work to help police this shit (paid for by the protocols/users, using a small fraction of the transaction fees). The real cops are too few and rarely seen (it's a digital Wild West for real).
