Are cryptocurrencys an unhealthy addiction?

this is serious post.

i wake up, check the prices. i take a shit while checking the prices. i shower while thinking about prices. i dream about prices. i eat while scrolling through the prices. i drive with one hand scrolling through binance exchange. i dumped my girlfriend because she was taking too much time, time that i could spend looking at prices. my mum claims i sleep talk at night, apparently i said ' BUY THE DIP, BUY THE FUCKING DIP' while cursing at those who did not buy the dip.

is anyone else the same? please let me know im not alone
