Are meme coins done? Or worth investing in?

Hey everyone,

I wanted to start a discussion about memecoins and whether they're still a good investment or if their time has passed.

at the height of the meme coin craze, we saw some crazy gains. For example, Dogecoin went from less than a penny to over 70 cents in just a few months. And some early investors made a killing.

But since then, things have cooled off quite a bit. The overall crypto market has had its ups and downs, and many memecoins have taken a hit. Some have even lost 90% or more of their value.

So, the question is: are memecoins done, or is there still potential for a smart investment?

I’m personally invested in banano and some doge. Do moons count as meme coins? Put a little money into that as well but wish I did more.

In 2017 I thought doge was stupid so I don’t want to miss the next illogical wave!
