A few months back I decided to stake a large chunk of my ETH holdings, and I'm very glad I did! I have very high hopes for the future of Ethereum, but I almost definitely would have panic sold a large portion of my ETH stack over the past few weeks due to the crash. Thankfully, I wasn't able to panic sell since my ETH is locked up until ETH 2.0!
Before I staked my ETH, I was obsessed with checking the price and constantly debating with myself at which point I should start selling some of my stack. I'm so much more relaxed now since my ETH is locked up, so I don't feel the need to be obsessed with the price 24/7. Also, it's very nice to know that my ETH stack is now continuously growing without needing to invest more FIAT.
Staking my ETH has made crypto much less stressful!
