Automating smart contract interaction on an EVM chain

Hello, I'm interested in doing what the title says, I'd like to call a function in a contract on an EVM chain every 10 minutes automatically. I am not sure what the best way to go about this is. From what I understand web3.js is frequently used for this but that's where my knowledge ends. If you could point me in the right direction for reading or could recommend a service that makes this easy (gelato does not support my chain unfortunately) I would greatly appreciate it.
