Avax on C chain Binance cant withdraw or puth it on Binance account

Dear Madam Sir Request for support.I need help abouth a technical isue. I read on the Binance blog We will continue to dedicate the best of ourselves to serve you. Rest assured we are working hard to attend to all customer service requests and to scale our support function in a timely manner. And we will continue to develop new products and services based on community feedback, provide resources that help our users get the most out of their crypto experience, and always ensure our users’ funds are SAFU. Please I need help for a wrong overbooking of crypto what is on the wrong chain in the Binance network system. I send my few hundred AVAX on Metamask and was prooved from metamask to switch Avax to my Binance account buth it diddnt showed up. Binance is the only one who can repear the mistake i have made. Unfortunately, the only way to move those funds is by using the private keys for that address on the Avalanche chain. And Binance is the owner of those private keys. So, they are the only ones that can actually do anything about it. I want to pay Binance to repear the wrong overbooking Why no support to recover the big amount of Avax I lost almost my intire stock .
