Banxa order takes very long with no feedback from them

So I made an order yesterday on Metamask via Banxa for ETH. And for some reason 31 hours after my order I still havent received anything. I made a ticket already and contacted them and no response. In my Metamask the order still is visible in the “purchases” tab and it’s still loading. It was my second time ordering something and for some reason I needed to verify this time instead of the first time. Does anyone know how long it can take? Because I haven’t experienced something similar and from experience it normally deposits in 1/2 hours max.
