Been scammed - after advice

Hi everyone, as the title states i’ve been scammed of £950 worth of ETH. Before anyone says it, i KNOW how stupid i was and i’m not asking for any sympathy - I just need advice on the situation

So basically this person on Telegram has a group with over 12k subscribers, he got me to connect my Trust wallet to CoWswap & convert 0.1ETH to AAVE - then i’ve closed the app, reopened and all my funds have gone after being transferred to a different wallet. I guess my question is - how has he done this? & Is my trust wallet now compromised? There’s still a little bit of CWS still in there - how would i get this out if he has access to my wallet? I’m just very confused and shaken up as it’s quite a lot of money at the moment

Edit: The user on Telegram is called “Thecryptofreak” & his group is called “TheCryptoFreaks” & has 12.5k subs.

I’ve followed the transaction on EtherScan & it shows my ETH going to a wallet marked as a phishing campaign so absolutely my fault for not checking lol
