Best crypto friendly bank or credit card

Does anyone know of a fiat bank or credit card that allows you to spend fiat yet earn crypto as a reward? Like a crypto back instead of a cash back rewards card? I heard Coinbase maybe soon allowing direct deposits from payroll accounts. A friend asked me this question and my first thought was to just take out the cash reward equivelent and buy crypto manually but I thought I'd ask if amyone knows of a service, bank or credit card that supports thos or has plans to support this type of customer loyalty programs.
