Best way to convert USDT (ERC20) to BTC in Trust Wallet?

Hi all, as the title says I'm looking for proper advice and or guidance on the best way to convert USDT (ERC20) to BTC inside of the Trust Wallet. I’m aware on how to get to the Swap menu where one would choose their networks / currency, however, from here, I’m just not entirely sure on what would be the best, most efficient selections.

I’ve done research on my end and have uncovered a couple of methods, however the threads in which I've read had conflicting information and where the general consensus was about 50/50. I simply don't want to make a large error here as this is my first time doing this.
