Best way to get into Ethereum based development from a supply chain perspective?

After being a years long ETH holder, I’ve gotten really interested in the technology, but have no clue on where to start in terms of learning the actual technical aspects of it to (maybe) get a career in blockchain. I’m graduating with a supply chain management degree in the spring and believe it could really transform the space and I want to hit the ground running to hopefully find a related job.

I’ve heard certification programs aren’t really that valuable on a resume, but what about just for learning? Would youtube and github projects do the trick? Would really appreciate any ideas.
