Crypto Exchanges carry out billion dollar business on a daily basis,But when it comes to their customer service, customers has to go through long waiting period to get to the customer support to resolve the issue.
Why can't they setup their customer support more simple like other businesses? Like a toll free number where customers can get to talk to support after following some simple few steps.
This is my personal opinion, but The process to get to the customer support of a Crypto exchange doesn't give a good vibes about the enterprise. it seems like they are trying to hide it as much as they can,which sound like they are doing some bad business.,which is not true ofcourse
They can be more upfront about their customer support just like they are more vocal in their marketing campaigns.All they care is to get the new customers.
I think we deserve better than this
