Hello just wanted to ask for help/tips.
I have been trying to do advanced verification, because they disabled fiat functions. Can’t even make a deposit.
1) does this also mean that i cant withdraw money from them? In case i sold my all crypto
2) any tips for overcoming this problem? I submitted them my last 3 months payment slips from the employee + bank account statement where incomes are visible . Plus deposits to binance are visible also there.
Yet after three attempts i am getting failed verification, and their customer service sucks 24/7….
Anyone else had this and managed to solve?
