Binance and leveraged coins failure

Does anyone know where any action against binance regarding the failure of the leveraged coins back when Eth dropped sharply is at.

I have tried to put in a request and claim but now I am locked out from being able to do anything. This alone points to problems in Binance and how I think they are another Quadrigacx. Does anyone know if people are taking any action against Binance and where I can read up on what is going on? In short they destroyed me when my large position in ETHDOWN was eaten away by them, despite it should have gone up. Any links I can read out there on reddit?
