I tried to convert BTC to EUR but apparently I need to verify myself, once again. Last month I verified my account for the second time and now they're asking for me to verify for the third time? This is ridiculous, but what I don't understand is why when I go to my profile it says that I'm verified and have no restrictions.
When the prompt appeared to verify myself I clicked cancel and now it doesn't appear anything, it shows that the "verification" should end by the 29th.
Is there a way for me to even complete the verification once again now? I searched everywhere but there's no option for me to upload any documents.
