Binance Canada Question

I haven't done anything with my binance account in over a year. I am trying to withdraw my funds (I know, I left it late) to Newton. I am able to send the coins I have, but had converted some to Euros last year and am unsure of how to withdraw that money. I can't withdraw to my bank because it needs ID verification, and it won't let me convert them or put them back in my wallet to buy coins. Am I missing something? I am very inexperienced with how this all works and would greatly appreciate come help.
