Binance card results terminated but I did not do anything, so why is that?

It is 4 months old so it cannot be expired, I've used it twice in these months and now it says terminated with a red dot and I don't see wtf happened, I'm really sick of binance, does not have a support system, client support inexistent and they keep blocking and doing stuff without saying anything, for example, blocked my sepa option, cannot buy with my prepaid visa since a couple of months, can't sell some coins, and now this, I mean wtf, seriously???
