Binance Credit card withdraw time change?

Guys is this an error? or is this the norm now? The binance Euro credit card withdraw time was around 20 minutes for 0.1 fee, now its free because bank transfer is not working but it takes 3 days instead?? Is this an error on the site or did they change it? Really loved the quick withdraw option it had

Update!, I made a withdraw to test it and i had it in 20 minutes, but i dont know if now they are covered to take " up to 3 days" or it was just an typo error
