Binance disabled withdrawals to protect my funds, but....

Why or where in my setup Binance "identified suspicious activity on my account and disabled withdrawals to protect my funds. Please contact our support.

I contacted to live supp, but I have no response for ~48h, this funds on my wallet are big for me and I cant sleep normally.
