Binance doesn't want to give me my money back

I sent money to Binance account from my british account. After a number of days I asked them why they nonetheless didn't put it into my pockets. They answered that they received the money, but they don't work with british banks and if I would like them to provide it back I've to ship them a document with all the knowledge from this transaction. I acquired the document from the bank, sent it to them they usually replied that there isn't a IBAN within the doc. I gave them my IBAN, but they replied that it needs to be in this document. I received one other document from the financial institution with all the small print, despatched it to Binance they usually replied the identical as before, like they didn't even open the doc. Again I despatched them the document stating that they need to open and skim the doc this time and give me my a refund. Next I obtained the message that my "attraction failed".

My financial institution couldn't assist as they didn't see it as "fraud" because Binance didn'tforce me to do the transaction. This is true, but they gained't let me apply it to their webside and neither ship it back to me.
