Binance leveraged tokens and futures bans

I have a few questions. I'm based in the UK which now has a ban on leveraged tokens and futures.

1) If my trading bot is based in a different country, would it still be banned from trading?

2) what's the closest country to the UK that allows binance leveraged tokens.

3) If I transfer the majority of my assets to a foreign country and register as a non domicile to the UK, can I live in the UK and trade binance leveraged tokens in the UK?

4) If I move to another country that allows binance leveraged tokens, can I take my existing binance account and will it be unbanned from binance leveraged tokens?

5) Could I hire somebody in a whitelisted country to manage my bots? Something like a management account but I set it up for them and all the trades are executed by my bots. Do the bots have to be hosted in a white listed country?
