Did you actually check your advanced notifications settings? Sometimes it's really just you causing the issue. - I recommend allowing binance to run in the background. - Giving it permission to show over other apps. - Allowing it to run in silence and DND mode too. I think this should help as it did to me. Also I prefer using tradingview for notifications as it's more efficient and advanced. I hope this helps
PS: allowing apps to run in the background may cause your battery to drain faster.
