Binance refuses repeatedly to delete my account.

I want advice of what to do further to be able to make them delete my account. I went to settings - account safety - delete account, requested the chat bot to delete account, i followed procedure, i take the photograph with id in hand, clearly readble. But later i all the time get an e mail that delete attempt failed. I presently disabled the account resulting from lack of trust in the direction of the location. I started to rise up to 10 emails day by day, all encouraging me to spend money on totally different oportunies, verify multiple crypto bins... . I get a very dangerous feeling about this type of behaviour and i made a decision to delete my account, but without any luck to date. When i verified the account, it worked like a appeal from the first attempt.
