 | - Have been a loyal customer for ~2 years. Only exchange I use. Most asssets on Binance BEP2 chain. Always recommended it to crypto newbie friends. - First started 2 years ago, I tried to verify using my passport (live in the EU but originally from a small troubled country outside EU which is unsupported) so KYC failed. - Disabled the account and completely forgot about it. Created another account later and have been using it since then without KYC. happy customer. - KYC became mandatory. Tried to verify second account using EU ID but got rejected and account restricted. CS said I have another verified account (which was disabled and restricted and can't login to or use) then CS restricted my second account. I just wanted to withdraw everything and leave Binance at this point. Check what customer support had to say in the picture - It was really difficult to move assets from BEP2 chain since it's only supported by binance and my accounts were restricted. CS didn't care if I lost the money. - Opened several tickets. Honestly absurd behavior and unrealistic replies from the team. They would disconnect to a different CS until I get frustrated of repeating the story again and again to each CS and leave. Had I not used my passport and just used my EU ID they wouldn't have noticed or cared. That means their system is flawed and this rule is naive. They should allow for re-verifications under certain circumstances. TLDR: Can never use Binance again only because I was born in a country with bad political situation.
