Hello everyone,
My first post here on not such a pleasant topic. I am owed several refunds for a transactions worth thousands of EUR from my Binance VISA debit card. Two of the refunds are from more than 30 working days. I contacted Binance Customer Service on several occasions during the period only to be told the same thing over and over: "Please be patient and give us some more time." "We understand your problem and are passing your inquiry to the relevant department. Wait 12-24 hours" Then nobody follows up.
There is no resolution of the problem, with every new chat I have to explain the same things to different people. Really disappointed in the handling of the refunds and I am now beginning to think that I might lose a substantial amount of money.
The refunds were made by PayPal / eBay and they complete their refunds to a bank issued credit card in 3-5 days always. I don't understand what is causing this massive delay on Binance end. Has anyone had a similar issue? I am at a loss. Binance Customer service is of no help at all and it's been over 30 days now...
