Binance will not allow me access to my account

I bought a new phone about 2 weeks ago and have been attempting to log into my Binance account, I thought it was strange that it was telling me my password/username was incorrect because none of my other accounts have done that and I tend to keep my passwords very well organized and correct. I have now gone to Binance's help center and received a special link to reset my password, I've reset it through the regular website, I've basically tried everything and anyone I could contact to fix my password issue. I have reset and attempted my new password 10 times now and it will continue to tell me that my credentials are incorrect. If someone could potentially at least point me in the right direction please let me know, thank you so much in advance. Cheers.
