Binance.com treats us without respect!

3 days ago, I received a notification via email informing me that there was an attempt to log in to my binance account, I followed the security steps and I disabled my account, after 2 hours I tried to unlock the account and when I did do the authenticator, something go wrong and now when I try to log in I receive the message "wrong user or password" ... I also tried with the phone number and the same ... I try to recover the password via email or via sms and I don't receive nothing ... already 3 days and biance boots don't solve anything, how can I get in touch with a human? Pls Help me!
