I just had a quick look in github on the Bitcoin-Sourcecode. Bitcoin itself is fascinating enough already. But I wonder how people collaborate together to make improvements? I think people can just commit changes, right? Who controls those changes, who coordinates "everything" and who pays those people? How does this successfully work at all given the high complexity?
Does anyone have any ressources about it?
