Bitcoin gave me a profound respect for the US founding fathers

First off, Happy US Independence Day to all who celebrate ???????? To preface, I am no historian so I apologize for any inaccuracies.

I am always stunned by the sheer wisdom packed into the words of men like Ben Franklin, Thomas Jefferson, John Adams, and James Madison. These guys experienced real tyranny and then dedicated their lives to building a nation under a framework that would prevent that very tyranny from ever exploiting citizens again. But centuries go by and people in their natural errant ways forget these words, misunderstand the reasons, and of course then lose sight of what its all about, what freedom is and what it takes to preserve it. They understood this basic fact just as Satoshi did, humans are not to be trusted. They will corrupt and destroy when given power. But all these guys had was trust. So they asked us to trust in God. Trust that our constitution could be a source of truth in people’s rights. Its arguable that it has held up all these years and that it will hold up any longer. Satoshi did the same. He had an immense amount of wisdom and a true passion to do right for people. Give them the tools to protect their property. He and many other freedom fighters after him programmed our rights straight into all of our nodes. Gave us a way to verify them. Its so freaking powerful. I love my country and I love bitcoin.
