Bitcoin is a self fulfilling prophecy

I feel like this isn’t thought about/discussed enough in the bitcoin community.

It’s absolutely a positive feedback loop:

1. People hear about Bitcoin and crazy gains from their friends/acquaintances
2. They buy Bitcoin and HODL it after doing research to understand why it should be incredibly valuable in the future
3. They come up with a plan to sell only a small portion of their stack at certain fiat value prices, with the intent of never selling all because they realize why this asset has the best growth opportunity no matter how big the market cap gets
4. The holding and only selling a small percentage contributes to the growth of the asset
5. New people hear about it and start at #1
6. Existing users have their beliefs validated during this process and act as a new user at step #1 by buying more at much higher prices than they ever previously bought in at
